With nearly 30 years of global HR experience, including leadership roles at Bosch, Monsanto, and GE, he has driven major organisational transformation and strengthened enterprise‑wide talent capability.

Sitaram also chairs the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Western Region) and is an alumnus of Osmania University, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and IIM Ahmedabad

Nagaraj Ijari brings over 35 years of industry leadership, with deep expertise in business–technology alignment, talent strategy, and customer engagement.

He spent more than 30 years with Tata Consultancy Services, leading strategic initiatives that delivered strong outcomes. He headed TCS Bengaluru Operations, strengthening growth and operational excellence, and led the HiTech and Professional Services Global Business Unit for 12 years, steering its global success.

Nagaraj holds a B.Tech from Bangalore University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Rajiv Pandey is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tata Motors Digital.AI Labs Limited, where he leads enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and large‑scale modernization initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience in automotive and digital technologies, he champions agile transformation and design‑led innovation, combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision. He has previously held technology leadership roles at GE and Tata Technologies.

Rajiv is an alumnus of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and IIM Calcutta

Smriti Goyal is the Group Controller of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (TMPV) and a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience.

Since joining Tata Motors in 2001, she has led strategic finance, governance, risk management, compliance, and financial stewardship across complex, regulated environments. At TMPV, she oversees financial reporting, audits, internal controls, taxation, shared services, and standalone financials, and chairs the POSH Committee.

Smriti is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of Patna University and IIM Ahmedabad

Ajay Wadhwa is the Chief Executive Officer of the company and a distinguished Global Business Services (GBS) leader with over 25 years of experience in finance transformation, shared services, digital operations, and enterprise‑scale modernization.

He has built and scaled high‑performing GBS organizations for Indorama Ventures, AkzoNobel, Clariant, and Johnson Controls, delivering SAP‑enabled transformation and global process excellence across APAC and EMEA, and has also held leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, Genpact, and Aegis.

Ajay is a Chartered Accountant with a passion for driving enterprise agility and long‑term value creation.

Prabhu Krishnan is the Chief Financial Officer of the company, bringing over 23 years of experience across controllership, business planning, taxation, and financial operations.

He has earlier held finance leadership roles at General Electric, managing multi‑cycle reporting, audits, and major scale‑up programs.

Prabhu, a Chartered Accountant, is strongly anchored in financial fundamentals and passionate about advancing governance excellence.
